Arch-M.O Limited is an Architectural practice that began over ten years ago, with a vision- to give its clients aesthetically memorable designs; value for investment; functionally and technically sound structures that will stand the test of time. To us, each client’s tastes and preferences are unique, so in our day-to day interactions with them we aim to merge these preferences with our knowledge and expertise in a good design process, while upholding professional standards. From architectural to interior design services as well as urban design and design-build; we are the right people to engage to provide these services for you.

Our style of work may vary depending on the kind of project we work on, however, our designs show a consistent reflection of a strong respect for context. It is our goal to create good designs that are appropriate to their surroundings and make a significant contribution to their environment. We believe that a good design is one that always makes its environment better.

Profile – Oliver Mensah

(Managing Architect, Arch-M.O Limited)

Oliver Mensah is an architect who has a desire to contribute and cause meaningful change in our built environment. He has a passion for architecture, with a particularly strong interest in African architecture.

This dream and passion began early in his life as a mere admiration for buildings and the green natural environment. As young Oliver grew, this love for buildings and nature was gradually nurtured in really subliminal ways by a tinsel of elements, sowing in him a seed-the love for designing. This later led him to opt to study Architecture.

As earlier stated, his interest in African architecture led him to seek to understand and affect the African cultural landscape with designs that depict the rich African cultural landscape with designs that depict the rich African heritage. He went further to do a thesis on African architecture as a part of the Master Architecture program. This thesis caught the eye of an international publishing house, Lambert Publications. Lambert published Oliver’s thesis on African architecture, and the book is currently on sale beyond the borders of Africa.

Today, he continues to draw great inspiration from abstract works of art and fiction. He has over eight years’ experience in the practice of Architecture and has had the opportunity to work on schemes, ranging from Master Planning of Settlements, high rise buildings, to luxurious family residences- whether antique, modernist, minimalist or a potpourri of more than one design style. A greater part of his eleven years’ practice in architecture was spent at Incept Architectural Consult, where he worked for seven years and gained a wealth of experience in the practice.

He has also done several collaborative works with other architectural practices. These experiences have given him a practical overview of Architecture- the practice its economic, climatic and socio- cultural impact on end users and clients. These are values he upholds in his design processes.
